Officially up to 6 people on the same team. Larger groups simply split into multiple teams and launch the same scenario in parallel, multiple tickets are required then.

Use the ‘Hint’ button on the application to reveal part of the solution. Take all the clues to get the solution. Your final score reflects the number of clues you have used.

Buy multiple team codes. Each team of up to 6 players plays in parallel. We recommend balanced groups of 4 – 6 for the best experience, but you can also play as one large team (only six phones will be activated).

The main media are pre-loaded, so an irregular connection won't interrupt the game. A stable 4G signal simply makes the experience smoother. GPS accuracy is better when data is enabled, and puzzle validation requires data along the way.

Roughly 150 MB of data; more or less depending on the game and their assets. Keep an eye on battery (2 hours of GPS and screen usage), genrally 50% of the battery will be used.

You'll be taking a tourist route with a few exceptions, but the routes are mainly safe.

You can launch the game at any time, but some observation puzzles rely on daylight. For the best experience we suggest starting between sunrise and sunset.

Absolutely. Routes are on public streets, so pets are welcome. Just follow local regulations and keep them leashed where required.

Games begin in city centres where paid parking and public transport are usually available. We recommend coming by tram, metro or bike when possible.

If several teams start simultaneously, they will probably pass each other at the first and last checkpoints. To spread them out, stagger the start times by a few minutes or choose different initial directions.
